Responsibility:

• Preparing layouts for project as per the process, material flow needs and foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same.
• Overseeing site preparations, mobilizing contractors for carrying out erection activities for other equipment’s and piping.Managing erection of HVAC plant & Auxiliaries, Equipment & Piping.

  Managing issues pertaining to customer complaints by regular follow-ups and ensuring quality as per quality assurance plan laid by the organization.

  Planning, scheduling and implementing for operations & maintenance of machine tools.
