Job Description of  Customer Support Executive

Designation:   Executive – Customer Support

Experience:      1.5 + Years

CTC:    Depend upon interview

Work Location :  Gurgaon

Responsibility:

– Experience in direct communication with customer for payment and C-Form collection (Tele calling)
and interaction with customer for products delivery enquiry and confirmation

–  Able to speak 70 to 100 calls per days

–  MS office, Computer knowledge to input the comments

–  E-mail handling skills

–  Office day to day maintenance activities

Desired Skills:

– Male candidates.
– Age: Below 25-27 years old
–  Good communication skills in English, and Hindi
–  Must be a Hard Worker.
–  Any Graduate With No arrears (Only Regular Degree, Not acceptable Distance Education)
